The IASC Fellowships Program is meant to engage early career researchers in the IASC Working Groups (WGs). Become involved in leading-edge scientific activities at an Arctic and international level, build an international network, and develop management skills!

Fulbright Swedish Scholar Program 2026/2027

Grants for Swedish scholars who wish to conduct advanced research and/or lecture in the United States and who have an established affiliation with an American university or research center. Applications from recent Ph.D. scholars to full professor level candidates are welcome.
Fulbright Hildeman Fellowship 2026

Become a research fellow at the North Park University, Chicago, during spring semester 2026! As a soon-to-be Doctoral graduate, you can apply for up to SEK 150 000 for a fellowship in the USA. The objective of the Fellowship is to encourage stronger contacts between Swedish and American academics.

As a fellow, you are invited to stay for 2–6 weeks in the House of Grímur in the idyllic town of Ísafjörður, Iceland. The fellowship includes travel to and from Iceland, as well as a stipend contribution towards living cost.

Fulbright Graduate Student Program 2027/2028

Fulbright has a grant open for Swedish students who wish to study or research in the United States. As a master's or doctorate student, you can receive up to SEK 100 000 to spend up to 12 months in the United States to complete a degree or conduct research.
