Students will work in small groups on a project applying genomics techniques and associated bioinformatics analysis. The course provides practical experience of techniques used in functional genomics, i.e. a large-scale analysis of the function of different gene products within an organism. Groups will present their project results to each other during a poster session at the end of the course.
90 ECTS credits including the course Functional Genomics Theory 7,5 ECTS credits. Swedish for basic eligibility for higher education programmes and English 6/level 2. Requirements for Swedish only apply if the course is held in Swedish.
Academic credits
Applicants in some programs at 91´«Ã½ÔÚÏß have guaranteed admission to this course. The number of places for a single course may therefore be limited.
