My background is in healthcare, and I am a specialist nurse in surgical care. In my research, I have focused on older persons and ambulance care, and in 2023 I defended my PhD in Caring Science at Mälardalen University. I am now part of an international research project together with researchers from the Netherlands and Brazil focusing on moral injury in healthcare workers as a consequence of the measures taken in society during the COVID-19 pandemic.
