I hold a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Strasbourg and BETA since May 2023.
My research interests are focused on pandemic management and preparedness, economic history, and macroeconomic and epidemiological modelling.
During my Ph.D., I studied the impact of pandemics and containment measures on long-term economic instability. My research incorporates both empirical and theoretical approaches to highlight the effects of pandemics across different periods, from the Black Death to COVID-19. I particularly focus on general equilibrium models, integrated modelling, and the long-term impact of pandemics.
