Teaches on the Principal's Development Program and supervises within the framework of the Swedish National Agency for Education's targeted efforts (SBS/RIS).
Helene has been a university lecturer at the Center for School Leader Development since 2022 and has a background as a principal and teacher. She has worked for almost ten years as a principal in a primary school and before that as a teacher in above all secondary school but also primary school, adapted upper secondary school and adult education.
Licensed teacher for the later years of elementary school, upper secondary school and adult education, degree from the Principal's Development Program, fil. mag. in Leadership - lead, steer and organize as well as Group Management Coaching at advanced level.
Helene teaches on the Principal's Development Program and has assignments as a supervisor within the framework of the Swedish National Agency for Education's targeted efforts (SBS/SRI).
Areas of interest particularly concern leadership, teaching and learning, with a focus on educational leadership and the principal's role in school development. Group processes, organization and social sustainability in the education sector, as well as principals' work environment and conditions. Also great interest in communication, both organizational and individual - including conflict management and difficult conversations.
