The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) once again won Best Global Real Estate Investor at the IP Real Estate Global Awards 2015 in Copenhagen.
The North American institution, which won the top prize last year in Munich, was also awarded Best Large Real Estate Investor and Best Investor from North America.
Patrick Kanters, managing director of global real estate and infrastructure at APG, won the Platinum Award for Outstanding Industry Contribution.
Best Medium Real Estate Investor went to the UK Pension Protection Fund, and Best Small Real Estate Investor went to APK Pensionskasse.
Finance Ideas won the award for Best Investment Consultancy.
