Former joint owner Forum Partners will continue to focus on its core business and real estate private equity, as well as the expansion of its global co-investment programme.
The deal comes two years after the joint acquisition of La Fran莽aise Forum Real Estate Partners (LFF REP), and since the two companies joined forces.
The platform will be rebranded as La Fran莽aise Real Estate Partners International.
David Rendall, chief executive, and Jens G枚ttler, managing director, will continue to manage the business and investments together with their current team.
The platform鈥檚 existing London-based team has relocated to La Fran莽aise鈥檚 office in Mayfair.

Forum transferred an 80% interest in its wholly owned subsidiary, Forum Securities, which manages private investment accounts for institutions and family offices, to La Fran莽aise.
Infrastructure and commodities, a Sharia-compliant listed real estate investment fund, listed green real estate funds and sector-specific listed real estate funds are all being lined up by the platform, re-branded La Fran莽aise Forum Securities, with Jana Sehnalova, portfolio manager in Singapore, serving as global head and managing director.
