Real Estate has bought a Dutch real estate portfolio from  Global Investors.

The investment manager bought 17 assets for its third European Real Estate Investment Partners vehicle, for which the company raised an initial 鈧80m in .

The portfolio of 13 office and four industrial assets is based in Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam, as well as Amersfoort.

Richard Croft, M7鈥檚 chief executive, said the assets provided a 鈥渟trong mix鈥 of core income coupled with opportunities to drive value through refurbishments and rental growth.

The 1.1m sqft portfolio generates 鈧4.8m of rental income. 

Tenants include Beate Uhse, Van Heck, Dr Oetker and The Salvation Army.

The deal takes the third fund鈥檚 portfolio to around 3m sq ft.
