Commerz Real鈥檚 impact real assets fund has bought a windfarm as its first Finnish asset.
Commerz Real said it has acquired the Kuuronkallio onshore wind farm for its Klimavest impact fund from developer WPD.
Financial details were undisclosed.
Jan-Peter M眉ller, the head of infrastructure investments at Commerz Real, said: 鈥淪candinavia is an attractive market for us, and we are confident that we will be able to acquire additional assets there so as to diversify the fund portfolio.鈥�
M眉ller said what attracted Commerz Real to the asset is the location, the established technology, 鈥渢he renowned developer and, above all, securing stable cash flows for our investors鈥�.
