The core-plus Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund has acquired an 8,300sqm property in the Netherlands from a private investor.

Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management said the property, at Lage Weide Utrecht, is fully-let to one tenant. Financial details were undisclosed.
