Edmond de Rothschild REIM is expanding its residential real estate strategy into Germany via a partnership with Fundament Advisory.
The companies have partnered to create EdR REIM Fundament (Fundament) to target all residential assets ranging from core to opportunistic.
Fundament, which forms part of the Edmond de Rothschild REIM platform, extends the firm鈥檚 residential strategies, which currently cover Switzerland and the UK.

Schaal said the new joint venture completes Edmond de Rothschild REIM鈥檚 residential strategies in Switzerland and the UK, which already exceed 鈧�3.2bn.
