Generali Global Infrastructure funds, Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and UniCredit have provided over 鈧�400m project finance for a solar portfolio in Italy owned by Obton.
The green project financing is expected to help to refinance, revamp and re-leverage WT2, a 116MW brownfield photovoltaic portfolio.
All the 144 photovoltaic plants are already operational, connected to the grid and located across Italy.
