Nordic infrastructure investor Infranode has added a newly built school facility in Sweden to its social infrastructure portfolio.
Infranode has acquired the asset in S枚dra 脛ngg氓rden in Gothenburg from Platzer for an unspecified amount.
The 10,000sqm school facility, fully leased for 20 years, currently serves approximately 700 primary students.
Building management will be handled in collaboration with facility and maintenance providers, Infranode added.
