Karim Habra, head Europe and Asia-Pacific and global head of strategic partnerships at , is joining Partners Group as global co-head at the private-markets firm鈥檚 $17bn (鈧15.6bn) real estate business.

Partners Group said Habra, who will join the company as partner in March this year, will assume the joint role alongside current global real estate head Mike Bryant, who is also a partner.

Partners Group said Habra鈥檚 appointment reflects the firm鈥檚 commitment to further scaling its real estate business globally.    

Before joining Ivanho茅 Cambridge in 2018, Habra held various senior positions at LaSalle Investment Management, including being head of continental Europe. Prior to that, he worked at JER Partners and GE Capital, where he started his career before rising to managing director for Central and Eastern Europe.
