US private equity firm KKR is forward funding a 544-bed student housing development in the UK.

KKR鈥檚 European value-add and opportunistic real estate strategy, together with Inhabeo, KKR real estate鈥檚 European living-sector platform, will fund the development of a purpose-built student accommodation asset near the University of Warwick.

The project is being undertaken by developer Gilltown and general contractor Winvic, and is scheduled to complete in the summer of 2027.
