La Fran莽aise Real Estate Managers (REM) has acquired an office building in Bochum, Germany from Landmarken.
La Fran莽aise REM, acting on behalf of its funds, said it has bought the six-storey office building located at Suttner-Nobel-Allee 7 for an undisclosed amount.
The fully-leased 5,290sqm building was completed at the end of 2022.
Mark Wolter, managing director of La Fran莽aise Real Estate Managers Germany, said: 鈥淲e are pleased to have acquired our first office building in Bochum.
