The Danish labour-market pension fund is investing SEK260m (鈧25.7m) to buy the Omega Company House office building in Skejby from NCC Property Development.

The latest acquisition adds an additional office building to PensionDanmark鈥檚 portfolio in Skejby, which includes three office buildings and one hotel.

鈥淚t is a sustainable property in a prime location in an attractive area with good infrastructure. We have a stable tenant in the building and another one in the pipeline, and we expect the investments to provide a high return for members for many years to come.鈥
Joachim Holmberg, business area manager at NCC Property Development, said: 鈥淥mega Company House is situated in a highly attractive area of Aarhus where NCC has conducted development and construction work for many years, and where PensionDanmark has acquired several of our properties.鈥
