ASX-listed Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund is seeking to raise A$151m (鈧92m) by issuing new shares, with proceeds to be invested in Australian commercial real estate loans.

QRI鈥檚 fund had more than tripled in size since its initial public offering and the raise sought to increase QRI鈥檚 scale, which would provide unitholders with increased liquidity and portfolio diversification, Power said. He added that 鈥渋n a higher-for-longer interest rate environment we remain highly disciplined and selective 鈥 investing in only the most attractive risk-adjusted opportunities鈥.
