Quantum Immobilien KVG has bought a 8,000sqm office building in Munich from Immobilien.

Patrizia said it has sold the fully-let office building on behalf of one of its single investor funds for an undisclosed sum.

The office was built in 2008 and acquired by Patrizia in the same year.

Daniel Dreyer, Patrizia鈥檚 head of transactions in Germany, said: 鈥淲e hand over the property having just secured a major re-letting which will keep the building fully let for the next ten years.
