Samh盲llsbyggnadsbolaget I Norden (SBB) is selling the Gasugnen 24 residential building in Sweden for SEK400m (鈧�37m).
The Nordic social infrastructure property company said it has agreed to sell the 10,543sqm property in 脰rebro to Husherren.
Oscar Lekander, SBB鈥檚 deputy CEO and COO said: 鈥淲e have had challenges in achieving sufficient management volume in residential properties in 脰rebro and our main priority now is strengthened credit ratios. It also feels important that the buyer is a professional and long-term local property manager.鈥�
Lekander said the disposal price is in line with the book value.
