A fund managed by Nordic-focused private equity real estate investor 厂濒盲迟迟枚 has added 12 residential properties in Sweden to its portfolio.

厂濒盲迟迟枚 said the fund has acquired the 325 apartments in central Norrkoping from Ekl枚f Fastigheter, without disclosing any financial information.

Christian Bratt, partner at 厂濒盲迟迟枚 and head of residential, said the transaction is the firm鈥檚 first residential acquisition in almost two years.

Bratt added: 鈥淪ince early 2022, we have seen increased yield requirements in the segment. Our overall conviction towards residential has always been strong. However, the current combination of rental growth potential and entry pricing has created a good opportunity to start buying again.鈥

厂濒盲迟迟枚鈥檚 energy-efficiency plan is to boost the portfolio鈥檚 green credentials, aligning it closer with EU taxonomy criteria.

Bratt said the investment complemented 厂濒盲迟迟枚鈥檚 existing portfolio, with its 鈥渃entral location, low vacancies and opportunity for value-add investments in energy efficiency鈥.
