Collegiate AC is seeking to raise up to 拢2bn (鈧2.33bn) to help expand its student accommodation portfolio across Europe.

The 拢2bn asset manager, which currently manages more than 20 developments across the UK, Spain and Portugal, plans to use the new capital from strategic investors to expand into new and existing territories, it said.

The company鈥檚 schemes are usually between 鈧35m to 鈧100m in gross development value.

Collegiate said it sees 鈥渦nprecedented demand鈥 for its student accommodation and as part of its growth strategy, the company is also actively seeking acquisition opportunities of standing and cash generating assets.
