UK property investor Home REIT has invested 拢92.3m (鈧�107m) to buy 216 properties across England.
The company, which provides accommodation to homeless people, said it has bought 183 additional properties for 拢84.9m and invested 拢7.4m in a separate deal to buy 33 additional properties.
Following the acquisition of the properties, the UK-listed company鈥檚 portfolio is further diversified across 126 local authorities and 28 tenants.
