Prologis has acquired a prime logistics park in the Warsaw region, strengthening its position in one of Poland鈥檚 major industrial hubs.
The newly acquired Prologis Park Grodzisk spans nearly 70,000sqm across four modern warehouse buildings, 35km from Warsaw.
The acquisition is part of Prologis鈥檚 long-term strategy to invest in high-quality logistics assets in Poland, where demand for modern industrial space continues to grow.

Prologis Park Grodzisk offers flexible warehouse modules, designed to accommodate diverse logistics and industrial operations. The park benefits from direct access to Voivodeship Road 579 and is located near the B艂onie junction of the A2 motorway, which connects Warsaw to 艁贸d藕, Pozna艅, and Berlin 鈥 a key corridor for European logistics.
