Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have purchased the former Wood Plc offices at Shinfield Park, Reading in an off-market transaction in the UK.
The 285,000 ft2 1980s 鈥渂rutalist鈥欌�� office buildings were originally built for the County Council and have recently become surplus to Wood Plc鈥檚 requirements.
The business plan is to replace the obsolete buildings with 6 logistics units totalling 225,000 ft2 with a gross development value of around 拢75 mln (鈧�87 mln).
