Property Investment Managers has bought a French logistics portfolio from Fonci猫re des R茅gions.
The investment manager bought the portfolio of four assets for its TransEuropean VI fund for 鈧�101m.
Paul Hampton, fund director at TEP VI, said the deal would give the company鈥檚 Paris staff 鈥渁 number of value-creation angles to explore鈥�.
The manager also completed deals in Geneva and London and now has 鈧�300m invested in French logistics.
The 214,597sqm portfolio is fully let to tenants including DHL, Amazon, Honeywell, Rhenus Logistics and Celio Logistique.
The portfolio is in Dunkirk, Chalon-sur-Sa么ne, Salon-de-Provence and Boll猫ne.
Rockspring said its TEP VI vehicle had raised 鈧�327.5m from seven international institutional investors.
The 55%-geared fund, also investing in the office and retail sectors, is aiming for a 鈧�500m hard cap.
The company in a Spanish logistics park for a separate account client, buying the Torrej贸n Logistics Park in Madrid for an initial 鈧�28m.
