TH Real Estate鈥檚 second Austrian-focused real estate fund is now fully invested.
The manager said it bought the Stadlau retail warehouse in Vienna for its O虉sterreich Fonds Nr.2 vehicle.
The vehicle, a follow-on fund to the 2002 vintage O虉sterreich Fonds Nr.1, was launched by Warburg-Henderson in 2011.
The fund, which has a core and core-plus focus, has invested 鈧�300m in the country鈥檚 retail and office sectors.
David Moese, managing director and head of property investment for Austria, said: 鈥淭he fund continues to perform well, and the Stadlau retail warehouse park, with its superb connectivity and flexible structure, brings the acquisition phase to its optimal conclusion.鈥�
The 7,700sqm retail warehouse park, in Vienna鈥檚 Donaustadt district, is let to tenants including Toys 鈥淩鈥� Us and the Da虉nisches Bettenlager home furnishing store.
