My PhD studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi were focused on molecular interventions targeting the lymphoid and myeloid HIV reservoirs. After completing my PhD, I continued to work in the field of HIV pathogenesis and cure as a postdoc in the Ndhlovu lab at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York. With my background in immunology and infectious disease biology, I am passionate towards translational research to improve public health.
Currently, as part of Mattias Forsell lab, I am studying humoral immune responses in older adults living in nursing homes in Sweden.
