Alpha said it has acquired Innova Energy, an 拢86m (鈧�100m) multi-asset operating portfolio.
The acquisition of the 61.5MW portfolio takes Alpha鈥檚 annual low carbon generation to 540GWh, the manager said.
Will Morgan, the head of renewables at Alpha Real Capital said the acquisition takes Alpha鈥檚 solar assets to 215MW and 45 sites.
