Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management has bought an office development in the Netherlands for its office fund.
The 鈧10.5bn Dutch property investor鈥檚 Office Fund has acquired the yet to be built 28,000sqm Central Park office building in Utrecht from a joint venture between AFP International and Angelo Gordon. Financial details were undisclosed.
Bas Jochims, director office and hotel investments at Bouwinvest, said: 鈥淭he office fund focuses on sustainable multi-tenant buildings that are easily accessible by public transport and car in the four major Dutch cities, whilst pursuing a well-balanced asset allocation strategy. Utrecht鈥檚 Central Park meets all these conditions.鈥
