Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management has bought an office development in the Netherlands for its office fund.
The 鈧�10.5bn Dutch property investor鈥檚 Office Fund has acquired the yet to be built 28,000sqm Central Park office building in Utrecht from a joint venture between AFP International and Angelo Gordon. Financial details were undisclosed.
Bas Jochims, director office and hotel investments at Bouwinvest, said: 鈥淭he office fund focuses on sustainable multi-tenant buildings that are easily accessible by public transport and car in the four major Dutch cities, whilst pursuing a well-balanced asset allocation strategy. Utrecht鈥檚 Central Park meets all these conditions.鈥�
