The 鈧�13bn Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors has invested an undisclosed sum to buy a care complex in Nieuwegein in the Netherlands on behalf of its healthcare fund from Kuifmees.
Bouwinvest said the former office building, which is being converted into a care home for people with dementia, will be operated by ZorgSpectrum on a long-term lease. The complex will provide 76 care units.
