Commerz Real has invested 鈧�60m to buy an office complex in Germany on behalf of HausInvest, an open-ended real estate fund.
The manager has bought the 10,900sqm complex on the banks of the river Rhine in Cologne鈥檚 Neustadt-Nord district from K枚ln Oppenheimstra脽e.
