UK manager Cordatus Real Estate has partnered with consulting firm JISR Holdings to provide Middle East based clients access to UK real estate.
Cordatus said it expects to invest 拢200m (鈧�233m) this year as it becomes the investment management partner of choice for Middle East investors seeking to invest in the UK.
The 拢310m real estate asset manager鈥檚 plan is to target acquisitions between 拢10m and 拢50m, across all property types.
