Investment firm Grain Management has bought a US telecommunications services company.
The company, which targets broadband technology and the global communications sector, has paid an undisclosed amount to acquire Network Wireless Solutions (NWS).
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, NWS sells custom hybrid and fibre optic cables to broadband providers. It also offers services in cell site development, inventory management, and material distribution sales.
