Global asset manager Guggenheim Investments is investing $600m (鈧494m), on behalf of its clients, in a US industrial real estate investment partnership with ElmTree Funds.
ElmTree said as part of the partnership it will invest in industrial real estate assets tied to the e-commerce, last-mile, and logistics sectors.
