Legal & General鈥檚 UK modular homes business has teamed up with Town & Country Housing to acquire a second Kent site.
Legal & General Modular Homes and the Kent-based housing association have bought a site in Littlestone for the development of 80 modular homes.
Located on Victoria Road, in Littlestone, the site comprises approximately 9 acres and includes 3 acres of open space and wetland which will be largely dedicated to wildlife.
The latest deal follows the partnership鈥檚 acquisition of a site in Broadstairs, Kent.
Legal & General Modular Homes said it is currently seeking planning permission for the delivery of almost 400 homes across three sites where construction is expected to commence shortly. Legal & General Modular Homes鈥� pipeline now stands at around 850 homes.
