Global independent solar power producer Sonnedix has added 4.6MW of assets to its Spanish portfolio.
Sonnedix said it has bought the fully-operating portfolio from Aurea Capital Partners and two Spanish family offices for an undisclosed sum.
The portfolio is comprised of 5 ground-mounted plants, operating since 2008-2011, located in Zaragoza, Ciudad Real, Murcia, Andaluc铆a, and Huesca, Sonnedix said.

The acquisition lifts the company鈥檚 capacity in Spain to 256MWp.
