UK supermarket real estate investor Supermarket Income REIT has invested 拢39.5m (鈧42.8m) to buy a food store situated on a 7.3-acre site.
The company said it has bought the Tesco supermarket in Bracknell from a client of CBRE Global Investors.
The asset is being acquired with an unexpired lease term of 10 years, Supermarket Income REIT said, adding that the acquisition will be financed via a 拢40m increase of the 拢100m revolving credit facility provided by HSBC.
