The real estate arm Sweden鈥檚 largest pension fund Alecta has acquired two local office projects from Nordic property developer NCC for SEK2.2bn (鈧190m).
Alecta Fastigheter is acquiring the 10,900sqm V氓ghuset and 16,100sqm Brick Studios office projects in Gothenburg.
The office buildings were completed in 2023 and are almost fully let. They feature services, restaurants and a gym on the ground floor.

Petra Kr眉ger, the head of NCC鈥檚 property development business in Sweden, said: 鈥淲e are now selling two of the three projects that we have developed in one of Gothenburg鈥檚 prime locations and Alecta Fastigheter will become the owner of two of the city鈥檚 new profile buildings.
