Teacher Retirement System (TRS) of Texas has expanded its real estate investment manager lineup with the hiring of Advisors to target opportunities in Europe.
The pension fund told 91传媒在线 that it has for the first time appointed Revcap by committing an initial $200m (鈧�179.6m) to the Whiteberry Partners separate account as a sole investor.
Whiteberry Partners will have an opportunistic investment strategy investing in real estate in Europe.
Revcap did not respond to a request for comment.
According to industry sources, the London headquartered real estate manager typically invests in a variety of property types.
