Valor Real Estate Partners has invested over 拢50m (鈧�56m) to buy five logistics real estate assets in London.
The pan-European logistics platform has in separate deals bought a 105,000sqft single unit in Weybridge, a 17,000sqft small-bay multi-let estate and an 18,000sqft single-let low site cover warehouse in Canning Town, a 40,000sqft single distribution unit in Sunbury and a 10,000sqft single-let unit in Park Royal.
