has acquired a German portfolio of three fully-let commercial properties from a real estate fund managed by Real IS.
has paid an undisclosed sum to buy the Hattrick portfolio of three multi-tenant commercial properties in Mannheim, Wiesbaden and Munich.
The lettable area totals 12,200sqm, 70% of which is office space and 25% is retail/showroom space.
Hans-Joachim Lehmann, managing director of Warburg-HIH Invest, said: 鈥淲ith this acquisition, we are gaining three fully leased portfolio properties including anchor tenants with high credit ratings who are loyal to the location.
