Nordic social infrastructure real estate firm Samh盲llsbyggnadsbolaget I Norden (SBB) is selling 23 properties worth SEK1.35bn (鈧�126m) to Swedish rental housing landlord Gladsheim Fastigheter.
SBB said 74% of the 86,000sqm portfolio consists of 74% living space with the rest as commercial space.
Oscar Lekander, SBB鈥檚 deputy CEO and COO, said the disposal is in line with the firm鈥檚 ongoing plan to sell properties to 鈥渇urther strengthen the company鈥檚 balance sheet鈥�.
Earlier this week, SBB also announced it is selling the Gasugnen 24 residential building in 脰rebro to Husherren for SEK400m.
